Sela, the shop keeper and older sister of Cihu. She made her first appearance in Genetic Glow II, and a cameo in Other Age.
This is Sela new costume design for OASE, direct sequel to Other Age: [link]. Sela's role in OASE is the same as GGII, the shop keeper and very much the only person who can tame Cihu.

Sela's name came from Engrish version of Seller, which is what she essentially is.
