The Lost Time - Animation

Great atmosphere, but the animation's kinda stiff and crappy. It's also quite sparse; there are only a few times things actually move, and when they do it's either someone opening their eyes or their hair sways back and forth in the wind. I know anime animation is limited (I've seen tons of animes over the years), but this is almost like watching a picture book with music.
